A welcoming atmosphere and personal attention

At Meliors, comfortable massage rooms and a calm atmosphere with soft music offer space to step away from the pace of the city and make time for yourself. Our therapists work with classic and exotic techniques, paying personal attention to your preferences.

What happens during a massage session

Before the session, your therapist asks about your well-being and preferences to agree on the areas to focus on and a comfortable pressure. The session then follows your chosen technique, with preparation of the body and a sequence of massage movements. Whether oil is used depends on the treatment.

A personal approach, a welcoming setting and attentive care are central to our work. We see massage as time for yourself, a moment of calm and a break from everyday demands.

Choosing your massage

Explore relaxing massage for a calm break, or a general massage for a full-body session. For a particular area, the catalogue includes back, foot and leg, and facial massage. Discuss sports massage and other specialised techniques with your therapist, taking your preferences and well-being into account.

For a visit combining several treatments, explore our SPA programmes for one or two guests. Each programme page lists its treatments, duration and price so you can compare options before booking.

For a shared visit, browse massage for two. To combine treatments with time in a sauna or jacuzzi, explore our SPA complex.

Questions and Answers

How to choose your ideal massage?
It all depends on what your body needs today. If you are feeling muscle stiffness or the effects of a sedentary job, opt for a deep classic massage or targeted therapeutic treatment. If your mind is overloaded and you want to disconnect from the outside world, choose gentle, relaxing treatments. And if you are looking for new tactile sensations and a deep reset — or simply want to surprise yourself — explore our exotic collection.
How many massage sessions do you need, and how often should you go?
For lasting results, it is best to complete a course of 10–15 sessions, with intervals of 1–2 days between them. To consolidate and prolong the benefits—as well as to relieve accumulated stress and eliminate muscle tension—attending massage sessions just once or twice a week after the initial course is sufficient.
After how many sessions will I feel relief and the pain go away?
You will feel a sense of lightness and relaxation immediately after the first session. However, for pain and other issues to resolve in the long term, your body needs time; a noticeable cumulative effect typically sets in after the fourth or fifth visit. Please note that after the first two sessions, you may experience mild muscle soreness, similar to how you feel after a good workout. This is completely normal—it is simply your body adapting to the physical exertion.
Who should not get a massage? What are the contraindications?
Massage is strictly prohibited in cases of cancer, thrombosis, or severe varicose veins. You will also need to reschedule your session if you are unwell—such as having a fever above 37°C, a cold, or the flu—or if you have fresh wounds or inflammation on your skin, or are under the influence of alcohol. You can view the full, detailed list of contraindications on the dedicated page at the bottom of our website.
