BOOKING TERMS:
1. To use the SPA-complex services, you must pay a reservation fee of 50% of the cost.
2. Payment must be made within 48 hours from the moment of booking; otherwise, the reservation will be considered invalid.
3. In case of cancellation by the client less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or if the service is interrupted for any reason, the 50% prepayment is non-refundable. The booking will be canceled.
4. If the client cancels the appointment more than 24 hours in advance, the 50% prepayment is non-refundable but can be credited to a deposit account for up to 3 months and/or the reservation can be rescheduled within the same 3-month period upon the client’s request.

The minimum package duration for a single guest is 3–4 hours. If there is no booking immediately following your session, you may extend your stay at the complex at the hourly rate. Simply let the receptionist know during your visit if you decide you would like to stay in the aquatic area a little longer.
What do you need to bring with you for your visit to the complex?
Simply bring a swimsuit or swim trunks for the Jacuzzi. We will have everything else ready for your arrival: a bathrobe, slippers, towels, disposable undergarments, and shower gel are all included in the price. You won’t need to carry a heavy bag — we will take care of your every comfort.
Do you have parking for customers?
Yes, for your convenience, we have one parking space available for clients. If you plan to arrive by car, please let the receptionist know in advance — either when booking or a couple of hours before your visit. We will reserve the spot for you so you don’t have to waste time looking for parking in the city center.
