BOOKING TERMS:
1. To use the SPA-complex services, you must pay a reservation fee of 50% of the cost.
2. Payment must be made within 48 hours from the moment of booking; otherwise, the reservation will be considered invalid.
3. In case of cancellation by the client less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or if the service is interrupted for any reason, the 50% prepayment is non-refundable. The booking will be canceled.
4. If the client cancels the appointment more than 24 hours in advance, the 50% prepayment is non-refundable but can be credited to a deposit account for up to 3 months and/or the reservation can be rescheduled within the same 3-month period upon the client’s request.
